We want you to love your Amelia Romeo pieces, but if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help:

Returns for Store Credit

You can return your items for store credit (minus shipping costs) within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • The return shipping date must be within 14 days of delivery. Any returns sent after this will only be eligible for a credit note.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, with swing tags attached, and returned to the original Amelia Romeo bag.

How to Create a Return

  2. Once we’ve received and inspected your item, your store credit will be issued within 7 days.

Things to Remember

  • Keep your proof of postage until we confirm your return has been processed. This is important in case your parcel is lost in transit.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

In Case of Damaged Items

Our products are quality-controlled, but if you happen to receive an item that is damaged, please email us at hello@ameliaromeo.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
