Amelia Romeo Refund Policy
We want you to adore every Amelia Romeo piece you wear—but we understand that sometimes things don’t quite fit or feel right. That’s why we offer refunds on full-price styles and store credit or exchanges for change-of-mind returns, as long as they’re sent back within 14 days of delivery.
What’s Eligible
Refunds
We offer full refunds on full-price items returned within 14 days of delivery. This includes orders placed using welcome codes, influencer discounts, and promotional codes under 20%.
Store Credit & Exchanges
Prefer something else? We’re happy to offer a store credit or a product exchange instead.Credit notes are valid for 3 years and can be used whenever you’re ready to fall in love again.
Returns Process
Email us at hello@ameliaromeo.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Include your full name, order number, the reason for your return, and what you’d like to exchange or refund.
Once your request is approved, we’ll provide return instructions and our address.
Send your item back in original condition and packaging.
Once received and approved, we’ll process your refund, credit note, or exchange within 5 business days.
The Finer Details
All returns must be shipped within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
We can’t accept returns sent back without prior approval.
Return shipping is at the customer’s expense—please keep your tracking details handy.
Final Sale & Promotions
Items marked as final sale and gift cards are non-returnable.
Items purchased during site-wide promotions (e.g. Black Friday) are not eligible for a refund, but you’re welcome to request a store credit or exchange.

Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Be sure to keep your proof of postage, just in case it’s needed.
